Ziller Revival

Renovation of a 400m² office space in the historic building by Ernst Ziller in downtown Athens, built in 1902. The office is designed to maintain and enhance the historic elements of the building, while providing a collaborative working space with all the contemporary facilities. The old doors are replaced with imposing portals that unify yet define the various spaces. The old patterned wooden floors are recreated and the colour palette is inspired by the existing reception area marble floor and main entrance doors. Architectural lighting is used to highlight the existing decorative moldings and arched ceilings.
